Their eclairs are dynamite! I drive over an hour to come and get them. Prices like these just don't exist anymore, and the quality is out of this world. Truly a hidden gem, with lots of gluten free options as well!
This Bakery always has fresh pastries. From apple turnovers with more apples than you can think of to Chocolate Eclairs with custard filling from end to end. The cakes are absolutely delicious and you just want to keep buying pastries. The service weather in person or over the phone is always professional and the workers are always smiling, which personally makes me want to keep going back when I visit the NEPA area. If you’re from the local area or are traveling through, this bakery will cure your sweet tooth but you probably want to take a dozen more for the road.
First time buying from this bakery and had a great experience. Highly recommend giving this bakery a visit! The blueberry squares and cupcakes (canoli and banana) were fresh and delicious! Prices are very reasonable and notably less than other bakeries in the area. Three blueberry squares, four deluxe cupcakes, and a jumbo deluxe cupcake was $27. There were no banana cupcakes made but staff went out of their way to make some for my order (on the same day)! Staff was friendly and very helpful on the phone. Explained everything well and Answered all questions.

Stopped in for a hot cappuccino and it was so good! Super smooth & the foam was perfect. It’s hard to find a cappuccino this one definitely hit the spot. I’m really loving this new little coffee spot.
I recently stopped by Minooka Pastry Shop and was seriously impressed. Their cinnamon latte was one of the best coffee drinks I’ve had in a long time, it was perfectly balanced, rich, and packed with warm cinnamon flavor without being overly sweet. It tasted incredibly fresh and comforting, especially paired with the bakery atmosphere. Their peanut butter brownies were also amazing, very rich, fudgy, and full of flavor. You can tell they put real care into everything they make, and the latte alone is worth the visit. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!!!
Minooka Pastry Shop has quickly become one of my favorite local spots, especially with their new beverage bar! They offer everything from fresh-squeezed juices to delicious breakfast danish (THE CRUMB ON SUNDAYS!!) and everything I’ve tried has been amazing. The service really stands out too—Phoebe always helps me with my last minute orders and makes the experience so welcoming every time I call in & I have to mention Steph, who made me one of the most delicious lattes I’ve had in a long time! I didnt catch the other young ladies name!! THANK YOU! Fast & Quick. If you’re looking for great pastries, drinks, and friendly service, this place is definitely worth a visit!
I recently ordered cookie trays for a graduation party. Wow, the cookies were phenomenal!! Presentation was superb!! I come from a line of bakers, dating back to my great Italian aunts, and I can honestly say Minooka Bakery stood the test!! Thank you for making a special day that more special!
I'd like to give a huge thank you to the team at Minooka Bake Shop! I placed an order that, unfortunately, never went through. I didn't follow up to confirm it, and that was on me. With less than an hour before guests were arriving for a party, I showed up to pick up a cake that didn't exist. The staff at Minooka Bake Shop went above and beyond. They quickly put together a beautiful cake that met my very specific request in record time. To make things even easier, I had my dog with me, so they handled everything and even brought the cake out to my car. My mom (and everyone at the party) absolutely loved her 81st birthday cake. Minooka isn't the most convenient bakery for me to get to, but the quality of their baked goods and the dedication, kindness, and outstanding customer service of their staff make the trip worthwhile every single time. Thank you for saving the day and helping make my mom's birthday so special!
I came in to pick up some things from the bakery, everything looked so good! I seen that they had a beverage area in their little shop. I ordered a latte (only for $5) Holy crap is all I thought. It was delicious! I drank it too fast to include a picture but whoever made the coffee and danish. THANK YOU for making my day!
